Bellevia, Stone Pool Villa, Kouvelles, South Evia

The project consists of a stone-built villa with two independent residences in Kouvelles, a small settlement, near the harbour of Nea Styra, in South Evia.

The residences are all situated in the north upper side of the lot, following the landscape’s morphology and giving the overall impression of a small settlement. The first residence is a 95sqm house with two en-suite bedrooms, a kitchen, a living and a dining room. The second residence of 40sqm acts as a guest house with two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The building terraces and the courtyard offer an amphitheatric view towards the sea, the sunset, the valley and the surrounding settlements.
